This 12-week 1:1 fitness coaching program is designed for individuals who are ready to build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits, without extremes, guilt, or all-or-nothing thinking.

What Will You Get?

A personalized training plan
You’ll receive a structured workout plan designed around your fitness level, schedule, and goals. Whether you're just starting or looking to build strength and muscle, your plan will be clear, manageable, and built to evolve with you.

A personalized nutrition coaching
We’ll create a flexible nutrition plan that fits your routine and the foods you love. You'll choose between a balanced plate method or a macro-based approach, depending on your comfort level and preferences.

Weekly 1:1 coaching check-ins with me
Every week, we’ll meet to review your progress, work through challenges, and make adjustments that keep you moving forward with confidence and clarity.

Ongoing support and accountability
You’ll have direct access to me throughout the week via text and voice messages. You’re never doing this alone. I’m here to support, guide, and keep you on track between check-ins.

Progress tracking with the app
Track your workouts, habits, and check-ins in one place. This helps you stay organized and lets us measure progress in a way that actually reflects your effort and consistency.

Sustainable habit-building tools
We’ll focus on small, practical habits that make it easier to stay consistent, even when life gets full. No extremes, no quick fixes, just real-life strategies that last.

Mindset, education, and lifestyle resources
You’ll get ongoing access to simple, high-impact tools to support your mindset, nutrition, and movement so you can keep going even on your busiest days.
